The HealthCoach in outpatient care for the elderly and the sick. How does a HealthCoach reach outpatient nurses?
With mobile training rooms, the

The day-to-day work of outpatient nursing staff differs fundamentally from inpatient care. The care takes place at the individual centers of life of the person in need of care. A care bed and other aids are hardly available. The nursing staff are usually left to their own devices in their work and are under constant time pressure.  Accordingly, they suffer from specific muscle and skeletal strain and are exposed to additional stressors. This requires additional movement training and additional stress management techniques. The LifeBonus Academy sets these requirements as part of the HealthCoach training with the “Outpatient

care” order. Experience shows that the HealthCoach is most effective for colleagues when it is directly in front of  place takes place. For this reason, LifeBonus has designed a mobile training room and equipped it with a number of tools.
